1. เข้าระบบ ePortal
2. ไปที่การขออนุมัติ -> มุมมองผู้จัดการ (คุณต้องเป็นผู้จัดการ / ผู้บังคับบัญชาและต้องส่งคำขออนุมัติถึงผู้อยู่ใต้บังคับบัญชา)
3. คุณสามารถค้นหาคำขอเพื่ออนุมัติหรือปฏิเสธได้โดยใช้ช่องค้นหาด้านบน
4. คุณสามารถดับเบิลคลิกที่คำขอเพื่อดูรายละเอียดประวัติได้
5. หากต้องการเลือกคำขอหลายรายการให้ใช้ปุ่ม Shift หรือ Ctrl
6. คลิกปุ่ม อนุมัติ หรือ ปฏิเสธ และป้อนความคิดเห็น (ถ้ามี) และคลิกปุ่ม ส่ง
หมายเหตุ:
○ ในการเข้าถึง Manager View ใน ePortal คุณต้องเป็นผู้จัดการหรือ supervisor และต้องส่งคำขอให้กับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาแล้ว
○ เฉพาะคำขอในสถานะ Submitted, Re-Submitted และ Accepted เท่านั้นที่สามารถได้รับการอนุมัติ
○ เฉพาะคำขอในสถานะ Submitted, Re-Submitted, Accepted and Approved เท่านั้นที่สามารถถูกปฏิเสธได้
○ หากมีการโอนคำขอไปยังบัญชีเงินเดือนแล้วคุณจะไม่สามารถปฏิเสธได้ โปรดติดต่อผู้ดูแลระบบของคุณ
1. Login to ePortal.
2. Navigate to Requests --> Manager View. (You must be a manager / supervisor and a request must already be submitted to you by your subordinate)
3. You can search for a request to approve or reject using the search box above.
4. You can double click a request to see its history details.
5. To select multiple requests, use the Shift or Ctrl keys.
6. Click the Approve or Reject button and enter comments (If Any) and click the Submit button.
Notes:
○ To access the Manager View in the ePortal, you must be a manager or supervisor and a request must already be submitted to you by your subordinate.
○ Only requests in Submitted, Re-Submitted and Accepted statuses can be Approved.
○ Only requests in Submitted, Re-Submitted, Accepted and Approved statuses can be Rejected.
○ If a request has been transferred to payroll already, you will not be able to Reject it. Please contact your Admin.
