New Features (รูปแบบใหม่)
1) Limit max amount per Reimbursement request (จำกัดวงเงินสูงสุดต่อคำร้องขอเงินคืน)
○ You can now setup maximum amount to be submitted per reimbursement request.
○ ขณะนี้คุณสามารถกำหนดวงเงินสูงสุดในการยื่นคำร้องขอเงินคืนแต่ละครั้ง
○ To set this up, navigate to Preferences --> Payments and edit the reimbursement item you want to set the limit to.
○ ในการตั้งค่าให้ไปที่ การตั้งค่า --> เงินได้ และแก้ไขรายการขอเงินคืนที่คุณต้องการจำกัดวงเงินสูงสุด
○ Next enable Submit Request checkbox and then add the maximum amount.
○ ต่อไปให้ติ๊กที่ยื่นคำร้อง หลังจากนั้นให้ใส่วงเงิน
○ By Default, there is no limit for the reimbursement amount.
○ ค่าเริ่มต้นนี้จะไม่จำกัดสำหรับจำนวนเงินที่ร้องขอเงินคืน
2) Signature in 50Tawi Report (Thailand Only) (ลายเซ็นต์บนรายงาน 50 ทวิ)
○ You can upload the signature in company details and this will be displayed in the 50 Tawi government report.
○ คุณสามารถอัปโหลดลายเซ็นในหน้า รายละเอียดบริษัท ซึ่งจะปรากฏบนแบบ 50 ทวิ ในเอกสารทางราชการ
3) Rounding Rules (กฏการปัดเศษ)
○ You can setup rounding rules from Preferences --> Rounding Rules
○ คุณสามารถตั้งค่ากฏการปัดเศษได้ที่ การตั้งค่า --> กฏการตั้งค่า

4) Provident Fund Report (Standard & TISCO) - Thailand Only (รายงานกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ (มาตราฐาน & TISCO))
○ You can generate Provident Fund Reports in two formats, TISCO and Standard.
○ คุณสามารถสร้างรายงานกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพได้ 2 รูปแบบคือ TISCO และแบบมาตราฐาน
○ To generate the report, go to Reports --> Government Reports and select PVF. Click here

5) Severance Pay (เงินชดเชย)
○ You can add severance pay for non-active employees.
○ คุณสามารถเพิ่มเงินชดเชยสำหรับพนักงานที่สถานะปัจจุบันไม่เป็นพนักงานแล้ว
○ This option is available in the edit payroll panel under the related tab.
